Carol Service and Buffet Supper

The Master is delighted to invite all Tylers and Bricklayers, with their family and friends to join them at St Margaret Lothbury for the Company’s Annual Carol Service which will commence at 6pm.

The Service will be conducted by our Honorary Chaplain, the Rev John Cook, with music from the Lothbury Singers under the direction of Freeman Richard Townend.

Following the service we will relocate to a new venue, the Guildhall Members Club, for a Christmas themed Fork Buffet Supper, with wine, from 7.30 until 9.15pm. We hope that as many members of the Company as possible will attend- but please note that an inability to attend the supper does not preclude you from attending the Carol Service; the price displayed is for the buffet supper.

During the evening the Master will formally present the Company’s recently restored portrait of Robert Browne by Mason Chamberlain RA to the Chairman of the Guildhall Members Club who has kindly agreed that the portrait may be displayed on a permanent loan basis within their Dining Room.

Please submit your applications with full payment to the Clerk as soon as possible, and by no later than Tuesday 4th December. Tickets will not be issued on this occasion but if you require confirmation of your reservation please enclose a stamped addressed envelope or ask the Clerk to confirm by e-mail
